Refutation Of Yahya al-Hajooree By Shaykh Rabee' Ibn Haadee al-Madkhali

On 13th March 2013, which corresponds to Wednesday night, the 1st of Jumaadaa al-Ulaa
1434 A.H.

We brothers, from Masjid Daar us Sunnah [DuSunnah] visited Shaykh Rabee ibn Hadee
al-Madkhalee at his house in Makkah, Saudi Arabia.

Knowing that the Shaykh had been ill during the last few days [May Allaah cure him from
his sickness, and grant him a long life upon the obedience of Allaah], we exerted our
efforts and hoped to receive the Shaykh at the masjid adjacent to his house, in order to
give him the salutation of peace before our final journey back to London.

By the grace of Allaah, the Shaykh attended the congregation in good health [May Allaah
preserve him]. We, along with other Salafis from around the world received the Shaykh.
He then invited us all to his house for a sitting between Maghrib and Eesha.

As we patiently waited, the Shaykh descended into his library where we sat. He requested
one of his workers to host us with tea and then asked about the well being of the
students. There were around 15 people present, including brothers from Iraaq, Libya,
Malaysia and two students from Damaaj, Yemen.

The Shaykh sat, gave his salutations of peace to the students, asked about their wellbeing
and supplicated for them. He then asked where they had arrived from and how their
affairs were. He then asked us [brothers from DuSunnah] if they needed anything, to
which we replied in the negative except that we only came to give him the greetings of
peace and to visit him for the sake of Allaah.

The Shaykh then turned towards Abu Aa’isha Ahmed Jamaa from Masjid Daar us Sunnah
and asked:

Shaykh Rabee ibn Hadee al-Madkhalee: “Where are you from?”

Abu Aa’isha Ahmed: “From Britain O’ Shaykh..” without asking any questions the
Shaykh said;

Shaykh Rabee ibn Hadee al-Madkhalee: “By Allaah, I have many things with me”
while shaking and holding his head. “By Allaah, I have many things with me.”
Shaykh Rabee ibn Hadee al-Madkhalee: “By Allaah, nobody remains Salafi today. All
of the Salafis are innovators. By Allaah, today nobody remains Salafi. All the Salafis are
now innovators except for Yahya, all of them are innovators, the Du’aat, the Scholars, all
of them are under his feet.

They (Yahya and his followers) are waging a war against the Salafis and Salafiyaah, and the
people of innovation are relaxing and watching. Is this from good manners!? We have
received complaints from all over the world. By Allaah, whom there is none worthy of
worship but him, a person would go (to Dammaj) for two, three days or a month or two
and would then go to a far place as Russia, saying: ‘Ubayd, Ubayd, Yahya, Yahya’ Yahya is
in the sky and Ubayd is innovator. This is their Da’wah. Britain, Sudan, Egypt, Turkey,
Kenya, Libya all of the countries are filled with hatred against the Salafis and Salafiyyah.
There isn’t a war like it!

We have remained patient for 7 years, whilst letters and complaints have reached us. And
now you have to force him to change his ways. If he carries on upon his ways, it will
cause an incomparable fitnah.”

Student from Damaaj: “Write to him. O’ Shaykh, write to him.”

Shaykh Rabee ibn Hadee al-Madkhalee: “Write what?”

Student from Damaaj: “Write him a letter…..”

Shaykh Rabee ibn Hadee al-Madkhalee: “I have given it to you now. I have advised
him many times, sometimes I advise him for two and half hours. He doesn’t listen! He
promises but he doesn’t fulfill his promises. May Allaah bless you, and his students are
extremists [ghulaat], with an extremism that has no equal. Meaning, ‘Imam al-Thaqalayn,
Imam al-Thaqalayn [the Imam of both Mankind and Jinn].” and an-Naasihul-Ameen [the
Trustworthy Advisor]’ …extremism and extremism and extremism. The Da’wah of
Shaykh bin Baaz and Shaykh al-Albanee wasn’t like this.”

Student from Damaaj: “I don’t think it’s as so O’ Shaykh:

Shaykh Rabee ibn Hadee al-Madkhalee: “What?...”

Student from Damaaj: “I mean if you advise him send him a letter…”

Shaykh Rabee ibn Hadee al-Madkhalee: “Go and advise him not campaign and do
not applaud him.”

Student from Damaaj: “By Allah we do advise him O’ Shaykh….”

Shaykh Rabee ibn Hadee al-Madkhalee: “Take the position of men with regards to
him. He has harmed the people of Salafiyyah. There is no one more harmful than Yahya.

Only Dammaj is left [considered Salafi] and all the centers are under the feet [nothing]except Dammaj. O’ my brother we have many centers and all of them are upon the
Manhaj of the Salaf. They call to it and defend it, and all of them are under the feet
(according to Yahya) and no one tells him your wrong!!? [They only applaud him with]
“The Sincere Advisor… the Sincere Advisor” this is not a Salafi cultivation and this is not
from the Salafi Manhaj.

He has left nobody, and now there are only a few Salafis. A few Salafis in one corner of
the country and some students from Damaaj in another corner, and no one is Salafi
except for them. This is extremism! Abandon this extremism. Abandon this!”

Student from Damaaj: “O’ Shaykh……..”

Shaykh Rabee ibn Hadee al-Madkhalee: “Tell them to fear Allaah. Go back and tell
them to fear Allaah. Tell him [Yahya al-Hajoori] that he is not the Imam of mankind and
jinn like these people claim. All we hear is ‘Imam al-Thaqalayn, Imam al-Thaqalayn [the
Imam of both Mankind and Jinn].”

Student from Damaaj: “O’ Shaykh this is not from Shaykh Yahya al-Hajoori. He is not
pleased with this. This is from the students. This is from the poet.”

Shaykh Rabee ibn Hadee al-Madkhalee: “Did he [Yahya] rebuke it? Did he openly
free himself from this speech? No! You people applaud him when he arrives at this
extremism. We have sat together, we have called him but he does not listen. By Allaah he
believes that the attack from the Raafidha is a blessing, but wallahi this is a punishment
from Allaah due to his slander of Ahlul Sunnah for the past seven years, the splitting he
caused all over the world in his cultivation of ghuloo in all of these countries that I’ve
previously mentioned. By Allaah this is a punishment while he believes it is to be a
blessing. He believes this, but it is a punishment from Allaah, due to his actions and the
actions of his students.

“By Allaah, we have not seen this type of extremism from the people of innovation that
we see from his students.” while covering his eyes, Shaykh Rabee said, “All you have is
blind following, whenever he wishes you people raise him to the sky, Ubayd in on the
floor and he is in the sky. Now - Maa shaa Allaah, Yahya is the Imam of the Muslims. He
is the Imam of the Muslims and no one is left. They are the only Salafis!!

By Allaah we have Salafi centres here in the Kingdom that are better than him and the
Mashaykah that teach in Damaaj. Yahya cannot even reach their level in knowledge,
manners or understanding. He doesn’t even equate to their level. Tell him to go fear
Allaah and join hand in hand with the scholars of Ahlul Sunnah and to leave this
extremism.

By Allaah, I am holding back from comparing him to some of the innovators that I have
refuted in the past. All we hear is ‘Imam al-Thaqalayn…an-Nasihul Ameen [the sincere
adviser]”

Ya akhee! [O’ brother], the sincere adviser are the Prophets not him! Go back [to Damaaj]
and tell him to fear Allaah. Tell him that he is only a student and not an Alim. He is not a
sincere advisor; he is not an Imam of anything. Tell him that he is just a student; tell him
to fear Allaah and to join his brothers hand in hand - his brothers of Ahlul Sunnah. Tell
him to leave this extremism and evil behaviour. They heaviest thing on the scales on the
Day of Judgement is good manners, so tell him to teach his students good manners and
to have good manners himself. He will not get anywhere without it.

Student from Damaaj: “Why do you not write this advice to him O’ Shaykh?”

Shaykh Rabee ibn Hadee al-Madkhalee: “Go narrate everything I said back to him.
And tell him clarify his affairs.”

Student of Damaaj: “O’ Shaykh all that we have heard from you is praise for him. You
called him and praised him…”

Shaykh Rabee ibn Hadee al-Madkhalee: “By Allaah! Listen to me, by Allaah, I did not
say this except that he claimed to have abandoned everything that he said and in order to
bring him closer to us, and cause him to become gentle. But all we witnessed up until
today are lies, deception and extremism. By Allaah, you see the extremism of the students
there. There are no manners with them whatsoever. Go back and tell them this from me.”
At this point, the Shaykh become overwhelmed with the affair. The jealously he had for
this Da’wah was clear upon his face. He then excused himself from the sitting.

One of the students from Damaaj followed the Shaykh in order to kiss him on his head,
to, which the Shaykh replied: “I do not want this! Rather go to Yahya and tell him
what I said.”

Our Position Towards Shaikh Yahyah al-Hajooree - by Abu Khadeejah

As for Yahyah al-Hajooree then our voice should be (rather must be) one with respect to him. He has deviated in many, many issues as I'm sure many of you are aware. A single one of these affairs is destructive, then how much more when he has numerous deviations.

1. He falsely accused Uthmaan bin Affaan (radhi Allaahu 'anhu) of innovating into Islaam.

2. He falsely accused some of the Sahaabah (radhi Allaahu 'anhum) of participating in the killing of Uthmaan (radhi Allaahu 'anhu).

3. He falsely accused the Sahaabah (radhi Allaahu 'anhu) of initiating the bid'ah of irjaa. (Ibn Taymiyyah said irjaa is worse than the bid'ah of the Khawaarij).

4. He abused, insulted and lied upon Shaikh Ubaid and declared him to be an innovator falsely.

5. He approved insults upon Shaikh Rabee' (hafidhahullaah) and he insulted Shaikh Rabee' himself.

6. The scholars have warned against him: Shaikh Abdullah Bukhaaree and Shaikh Ubaid have declared him to be a mubtadi'. Even Shaikh Rabee' and Shaikh Muhammad bin Haadee have warned against al-Hajooree, yet he stubbornly refuses to humble himself or rectify himself.

7. He loves to be excessively praised and encourages it. In his presence his muqallids (blind-followers) liken him to the Prophet (salallaahu 'alaihi wassallam) and Abu Bakr (radhi Allaahu 'anhu) - they declared him to be the Imaam of Mankind and Jinn. They have ghuloo (excessive veneration) for him and he encourages it.

8. He claimed that the Prophet (salallaahu 'alaihi wassallam) erred in the ways and means of da'wah! i.e. that he erred in the wasaa'il of dawah. That shows both his ignorance and misguidance.

9. He claims that the "majority of the Sunnah is revelation". Majority?! Rather ALL of the Sunnah is revelation for the Prophet (salallaahu 'alaihi wassallam) did not speak from his desires. None of us should be in doubt with respect to this deviation.

10. Shaikh al-Fawzaan (hafidhahullaah) was read some of al-Hajooree's sayings and he responded: "This is wicked speech, don't learn from him."

11. Yahyah al-Hajooree falsely claimed that the Sahaabah who fought at Badr sinned twice! This was in his false tafseer of an Aayah in Soorah Aali 'Imraan.

12. He claimed Qaabeel the son of Aadam was a kaafir apostate!

Still no tawbah no rectification. He is not to be defended after knowing this.

He has opposed Allaamah Muqbil bin Haadee (rahimahullaah).

THE RULING ON THE ONE WHO DISLIKES/FORBIDS THE REFUTATION OF AHL-UL-BID'AH!

It is reported from al-'Abbaas ibn-ul-Waleed that 'Uqbah said: I was once with Arta'ah ibn-ul-Mundhir when one of the people in the gathering said, "What do you say about a man who sits with the followers of the Sunnah and mixes with them, but when the followers of Bid'ah are mentioned he says, 'Spare us from mentioning them, do not talk about them.'" Arta'ah said, "He is one of them, do not let him confuse you about his condition." I felt this was strange so i went to al-Awzaa'ee (an Imaam of the Salaf) - and he used to clarify these matters when they came to him. He (al-Awzaa'ee) said: "Arta'ah is right, the matter is as he said; this person forbids (or dislikes) talking about (Ahl-ul-Bid'ah), so how can (people) be on guard against them if they are not exposed?"

A ka dallim midis xhem’ijateve dhe muessesateve apo janë njësoj?


A ka dallim midis xhem’ijateve dhe muessesateve apo janë njësoj?

Pyet rreth xhem’ijateve (shoqërive, shoqatave, organizatave)  dhe muessesateve (fondacioneve, ndërmarrjeve, institucioneve); a ka dallim midis tyre apo të gjitha janë njësoj?

Përgjigja është:

Se xhem’ijatet janë bashkimi i disa njerëzve dhe hapja e një vendi për tubimin e tyre. Ky tubim (bashkim) është për thirrje në Fenë e All-llahut – Az-ze ue Xhel-le-, për kërkimin e diturisë dhe gjëra të ngjashme me këto. Ky grupim në brendësinë e tij, në origjinë është i lejueshëm duke u bazuar në Fjalën e All-llahut – Az-ze ue Xhel-le-:

    [وَتَعَاوَنُواْ عَلَى الْبِرِّ وَالتَّقْوَى وَلاَ تَعَاوَنُواْ عَلَى الإِثْمِ وَالعُدْوَانِ] ( المائدة :٢)

“Dhe ndihmoni njëri-tjetrin në El-Birr dhe Et-Takva (mirësi, dëlirësi dhe përkushtim e frikë ndaj Allahut) dhe mos e ndihmoni njëri-tjetrin në gjynah dhe zemërim (duke kaluar kështu kufijtë)” [surja El- Maide: 2]

Tubimi i njerëzve bazuar në mirësi, në udhëzim dhe përkushtim është i ligjëruar që në themelin e tij.

Por kjo çështje pra çështja e xhem’ijateve;  ka ndodhur që këto janë shfrytëzuar dhe përdorur në diçka të ndaluar fetarisht, u gjendën në këto xhem’ijate gruacionet dhe el-uela (përkrahja, miqësia, dashuria) dhe el- bera (braktisja) për drejtuesit e xhem’ijes. Këto xhem’ijate u përdoren në përhapjen e ideve hizbije sikurse ka vepruar xhem’ija Ihjau et-Turath, xhem’ijetu el-Birr dhe xhem’ijate të tjera si xhem’ije el-Irshad dhe të tjera të ngjashme me to prej xhem’ijateve hizbije të cilat devijuan për vete nga rruga e drejtë dhe devijuan të tjerët.

Drejtuesit e këtyre xhem’ijateve joshen me drejtim, post dhe pasuri; ata i josh pasuria.

Dhe ti o selefij e di se personi nëse të bën mirësi me anë të pasurisë dhe të blen me të, atëherë e ke të vështirë që ta kundërshtosh atë dhe t’ia bësh të qartë humbjen (devijimin) e tij; sepse nefset janë të krijuara për të dashur atë që i bën mirësi, e kështu ata (drejtuesit e këtyre xhem’ijeve) e shfrytëzojnë këtë gjë për të blerë njerëzit.

Nëse ekziston në xhem’ijate particizëm (grupacion) dhe përdorim i pasurisë në blerjen e edh-dhimem (në blerjen e njerëzve, blerjen e heshtjes së tyre për të mos folur kundër drejtuesave dhe ideve të këtyre qendrave apo xhem’ijateve) - nëse ekziston ky shkak në çdo vend: në shkollë, në qendër, në muessese- atëherë ajo merr gjykimin e saj (e xhem’ijes); sepse (gjykimi ka lidhje me shkakun e tij sipas ekzistencës së shkakut ose jo).

Nëse ekziston shkaku, ekziston edhe gjykimi. Nëse ka një qendër (merkez) që drejtuesi i saj e quan atë qendër (merkez) selefije, por ky merkez bazohet mbi particizëm apo da’ue (thirrje) në ide ose menhexh:  si idetë e ikhuanul-muslimin, apo bën thirrje  për tek menhexhi i Muham-med Hassan dhe kutbijunëve, apo bën thirrje për tek menhexhi i Alij Halebiut dhe të ngjashmëve me të; nëse ekziston një qendër e cila thërret në këtë tehazzub(particizëm), apo drejtuesi i qendrës blen edh-dhimem, atëherë drejtuesit e qendrës (merkezit) janë si drejtuesit e xhem’ijes; janë hizbijjin.

P.sh. qendra (merkezi) i imam Albanit është një muessese në Jordani. Ajo nuk është xhem’ijeh, por kjo qendër (merkez) është përdorur për të përhapur particizmin dhe blerjen e edh-dhimem (në blerjen e njerëzve, blerjen e heshtjes së tyre për të mos folur kundër drejtuesëve dhe ideve të kësaj qendrëje).  Atëherë të qënurit e saj qendër (merkez), shkollë, muesseseh; përderisa shkaku (hizbizmi dhe blerja e edh-dhimem  ekziston, atëherë paralajmërimi kundër tij vazhdon.

Ndërsa nëse ekziston një muesseseh nga shteti: shkollë, qendër (merkez), apo muesseseh në mënyrë që të hapet një shkollë fetare për të mësuar djemtë e vegjël apo vajzat e vogla- veç për vajzat, veç për djemtë- apo (për të hapur) një shkollë për të mundësuar thirrjen në Fenë e All-llahut – Az-ze ue Xhel-le- duke e lidhur këtë qendër (merkez) me dijetarin selefij, nën orientimin e tij dhe duke mos dalur nga menhexhi; atëherë kjo nuk është sikurse xhem’ijah, sidomos nëse ajo hapet për arsye të mësimeve (duruseve) e jo për të mbledhur pasuritë …. nuk mbledh pasuritë (të holla apo pasuri të tjera).

Këtu ndahet- dallon (qendra, muesseseja apo shkolla) nga xhem’ija bamirëse, sepse ajo (xhem’ija bamirëse) zakonisht bazohet në mbledhjen e pasurive dhe sadakave, dhe me këtë shkak – shkakun e joshjes materiale- arrihet devijimi nga menhexhi selefij.

Ndërsa ai që dëshiron të hapë një shkollë dhe kërkojnë prej tij që të hapë një muesseseh për hapjen e shkollës sipas rregullit të drejtuesit të shtetit, shembull për këtë marrim shtetet e Indonezisë, Jordanisë, Marokut…. -  atëherë nuk ka asnjë problem përderisa drejtuesi i shtetit e lejon këtë gjë, dhe në këtë veprim nuk ka vend për particizëm dhe grupim, atëherë inshAll-llah nuk ka problem në këtë.

Dhe dijetarët tanë e kanë lejuar këtë si:

-          shejkh Albani –All-llahu e mëshiroftë-.

Nuk është qëllimi me atë që kanë lejuar dijetarët xhem’ija bamirëse e cila mbledh pasuri dhe që thërret në particizëm; jo! Qëllimi (i shejkh Albanit dhe të tjerëve për lejushmërinë e tyre) janë muessesatet e Da’uetit.

(Dijetarë të tjerë që e kanë lejuar janë:)

-          Shejkh Ibn Baz
-          shejkh Ibn Uthejmin
-          shejkh Abdul-Aziz ali Shejkh 
-          shejkh el-Fewzan e dijetarë të tjerë
-          …….
-          shejkh Abdul-Muhsin el-Ab-bad.

Shumica e dijetarëve sot e lejojnë ndërtimin e qendrës (merkezit) Islame apo muesseses ku me anë të saj mësohen fëmijët dhe hapet një shkollë, nuk ka problem prej saj por me kushtin e largimit (distancimit) nga shkaqet particizmit. Nëse ekziston particizmi atëherë njeriu duhet të largohet.

Dhe ka prej dijetarëve që mendon se ekzistenca e një shkolle, muesseseje, qëndreje (merkezi) që është e ndërtuar mbi idenë e grupimit edhe nëse në te nuk mblidhen pasuri (të holla apo pasuri të ndryshme), apo edhe nëse nuk ka në të particizëm, është frika që më pas disa persona ta shrytëzojnë atë (qendër, muesseseh) për ta kthyer në qendër hizbije; dhe për këtë arsye ndalohet (hapja e merkezit apo muesseses).

Por kjo (mesele- hapja e merkezeve dhe muesseseve) nga ana fetare në themel (origjinë) nuk ndalohet, derisa të devijojë, dhe kur të devijojë paralajmërohet kundër saj (që të bëhet kujdes prej saj).

Ama përderisa këto (merkeze apo muessese) janë në istikame (rrugë të drejtë) dhe nën bindjen e drejtuesit të shtetit- dhe janë (sebeb) për të mundësuar Da’uetin në Fenë e All-llahut, qëndrojnë  larg particizmit, devijimit dhe në këtë veprim gjejmë sebeb për mbrojtjen e Da’uetit- kjo është një diçka e mirë.

Nëse personi ka mundësi që t’i mësojë njerëzit në shtëpinë e tij, ose para kësaj t’i mësojë në xhami dhe kjo i mundësohet, atëherë nuk ka nevojë për këto muessese. Nëse shteti lejon për mësimdhënie dhe thirrjen e dijetarëve atëherë nuk është e nevojshme që të veprohet asnjë pre këtyre gjërave (hapja e qëndrave apomuesseseve).

Ama nëse shteti nuk të lejon vetëm se me këtë (pra vetëm se me hapjen e qëndrave apo muesseseve), atëherë në këtë mesele ka vend për studim dhe ixhtihad. E nëse (këto qëndra apo muessese) janë larg particizmit atëherë atë që mendoj unë që është e saktë: se nuk ka ndalesë prej saj (prej hapjes së qendrave apomuesseseve).
